We were pleased with how quickly and smoothly both the sale of our condo and purchase of our house went. Chris did a great job negotiating on our behalf. The Anderson building was built in 1912 by Alexander Victor Anderson. It is Calgary's first concrete building and stands 5 stories high surrounded in brick.
